"This report provides the results for the 2002 Status of the Armed Forces Survey - Workplace and Gender Relations (2002 WGR). The overall purpose of the 2002 WGR is to document the extent to which Service members reported experiencing unwanted, uninvited sexual attention in the 12 months prior to filling out the survey, the details surrounding those events, and Service members' perceptions of the effectiveness of sexual harassment policies, training, and programs.
