This collection is a re-issue of Veritas in bound form. Each book covers two years of the journal, and focuses on a specific area of interest. Book 1 presents historical vignettes from WWII to current operations, covering Special Forces, Rangers, Special Operations Aviation, Psychological Operations, Civil Affairs, and Special Operation Support. Book 2 contains articles pertaining to Special Forces in El Salvador, operations in Somalia and Camp Mackall. Included is a popular issue devoted to the Special Forces Mobile Training Team in Bolivia in 1967. Book begins coverage of the Korean War with articles on the 1950s Lodge Act soldiers, the early chaotic months of the conflict, and introduced the Ranger Infantry Companies. Book 4 continues the analysis of Army Special Operation Force in the Korean War and then turns to the Vietnam War . It also documents the evolution of Special Warfare.
